QueueHere

First-login cheat-sheet

Welcome to the pilot. This is your first 5 minutes of QueueHere.

1

Go to https://queuehere.isutech.co.za/sign-in.

  • Email: the address your practice admin gave you.
  • Password: the temporary password your practice admin shared.

You’ll land on the priority queue.

2

Change your password — do this first

  1. Tap your name (top-right of the header) → Settings.
  2. Under “Change password”: current password, new password (8+ characters), confirm.
  3. Click Change password.

You stay signed in here; any other devices you were signed in on are signed out automatically.

3

Your daily workflow

Register a walk-in patient

Patients tab → Register patient, or use the button at the top of any page.

  • Surname + first name
  • SA ID or passport number (SA ID auto-fills DOB + gender)
  • Mobile
  • Medical aid yes/no
  • POPIA consent checkbox (you witness their verbal consent)

Click Register→ you land on the patient’s record.

Triage the patient

From the patient record, click New visit / triage.

  • Reason for visit + duration of symptoms + pain (0–10)
  • Vitals: BP, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, SpO2— skip what you don’t have
  • Mobility / AVPU / trauma
  • 8 red-flag checkboxes — any one of them and the patient becomes RED automatically
  • Treatment consent checkbox

Click Submit triage. The system runs SATS, computes the colour band (red → green), and the patient appears on the priority queue.

Call the next patient (clinicians only)

Open the priority queue (your home screen). Patients are sorted by triage colour first, then TEWS score, then arrival.

Click Callnext to the patient you’re ready to see. They drop off the active queue into “Called today”.

Got the wrong one? You have 5 seconds to Undo. After that, tell your practice admin.

4

Real-time alerts (passive — you don't have to do anything)

When a new RED-band patient lands on the queue, the page chimes and shows a red toast. Click Enable alerts in the queue header to also get desktop notifications when the tab is in the background.

5

Send us feedback — any time

Tap the green 💬 Feedback pill (bottom-right of every page).

  • Category: Bug / Feature / Question / Other
  • Describe what happened — be specific. “The Call button did nothing” is more useful than “it broke.”
  • Click Send.

We read every submission. Usually a same-day reply during pilot.

Things that are OK (don't worry)

  • Use it offline. If load shedding hits, register and triage as normal — entries queue on your device and sync when you’re back online. Watch the dot in the header (green / amber / red).
  • Stage 6 / browser closed / phone died. Patient data stays safe. Reopen and it syncs.
  • You forgot a vital. Skip it. SATS scores on what you provide.
  • Returning patient. Open the Patients tab → type their name → click Begin visit straight from the row.

For practice admins only

You have these extras (top right of the header):

  • Dashboard— today’s volume, colour distribution, calls-per-clinician, 7-day trend, daily-active- users.
  • Manage users (on the dashboard) — add new staff, change roles, revoke sessions.
  • Audit log (on the dashboard) — every action logged, filterable by user / date / type.
  • Feedback(on the dashboard) — your team’s submissions, mark them resolved as you address them.

To add a new team member: Dashboard → Manage users → “Add a new user”. Click Suggest for a strong password, then Create. Copy the password and share via your secure channel (in-person, encrypted message — never email). They sign in and change it via Settings.
